State and Federal Poster Inc. has the 2012 Texas Labor Law Poster with no recent changes from the 2011 version of the poster. The 2012 Texas Labor Law Poster includes the following required postings: Workers' Compensation, Child Labor Law, Equal Opportunity Notice, Payday Notice, Emergency Numbers, & Ombudsman Program (Subscribers Only) and also a separate required NLRA posting which is mandatory. The NLRA posting is an Act that informs employees of their rights to unionize. Employees have the right to self-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection, and shall also have the right to refrain from any or all such activities.
